I am a lawyer from Barcelona working on EU affairs in Brussels. I studied Law and Public Management, and then completed the Master's in European Political and Governance Studies at the College of Europe in Bruges.
At the College of Europe I worked on applied research for EU institutions: a policy brief on the simplification of the Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism (CBAM), with the Institute for European Studies at ULB, and the TellUs project on regional innovation ecosystems for the Commission's Directorate-General for Research and Innovation.
I am currently a trainee at the European Commission.
I am interested in the full life cycle of an EU rule: how the Commission proposes it, how the Parliament and the Council negotiate it, and what happens when it reaches a company, a region or a specific sector. Climate, energy, industry, trade and digital policy are the areas I follow most closely.
I write in a personal capacity. Nothing here represents the position of the European Commission or any other institution.
